Both the central traffic development, the reorganization of the car and bicycle parking spaces, as well as the connection of the main entrance portal Parkstraße, the historic side entrances, the barrier-free development of the listed building with stairs and wall edging are to be reconciled. According to the fire protection report, the accessibility of the building on the courtyard side must be ensured. The classification of the media in the outdoor space with regard to tree preservation and replanting according to historical models is to be coordinated intermediately. Fence and hedges delimit the property.

In accordance with VgV 2016, last amended on 9.6.2021, the planning competition is carried out via a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The applicant who, on the basis of his offer, can be expected to find the best possible solution to the task, receives the order. From the planner to be commissioned are the performance levels 1-5 (Lph2-9). As part of service level 1, solution variants are to be presented.
