UWL intends to appoint either a single service provider for all 4 Lots or a sole provider for each Lot. A maximum of 4 suppliers for the provision of building fabric projects for its main campuses in Ealing, Brentford, Reading and other properties in West London. The annual budget is approximately 400,000 (excluding VAT), covering around 50 projects per annum. It is envisaged that the contract will commence in July 2013 and will be for a term of 3 years, plus the option to extend for a further 1 year.

The service provision will be divided into the following four Lots and all sums exclude Value Added Tax.

Lot 1 Building fabric projects 0 to 25,000;

Lot 2 Building fabric projects 25,000 to 75,000;

Lot 3 Building fabric projects 75,000 to 150,000;

Lot 4 Building fabric projects 150,000 to 400,000.
