The purpose of this tender is to contract 1 contractor so that 1 data flow of electricity and gas consumption is created. This contractor takes over the measuring device or places the measuring device and rents it out to the client, takes care of all necessary measurements with all associated (legal) tasks and delivers measurement data, whereby the selected contractor meets the conditions of expertise and quality assurance as in this invitation to tender and program of requirements with annexes.

In total, this concerns 2 223 electricity meters, of which 133 telemetry and other A1, and 61 gas meters of which 6 telemetry and other G2C.
