The federal highways A3 and A5 as well as the federal road 43 in the Rhine-Main area belong with a DTV of over 300,000 [motor vehicle / 24h] to the highest loaded sections in Hesse. Part of this is the development traffic to Frankfurt Airport and to the commercial area "Gateway Gardens", which can be managed via the A 3, A 5 and B 43.

Large-scale projects are currently taking place in Frankfurt Airport, which will be completed in the medium term.

Due to the execution of these construction measures and the associated changes in the groundbreaking signage, the renewal of the existing network control systems (NBA) in the RheinMain-Süd area, with the Frankfurter Kreuz as the central node, is required.

For the project referred to in point II.1.4) of this notice, the following main services must be provided:
