The city development company Hansestadt Herford mbH is currently planning and implementing the predominantly vacant buildings of the former Hammersmith barracks for long-term use by the University of Applied Sciences for Finance North Rhine-Westphalia (FHF NRW). Three of the buildings (houses 2, 3 and 4) are to be renovated and are intended for long-term use as living space for up to 360 students and lecturers. In order to accommodate the required space program in the houses, they receive an additional storey as an additional floor and an additional staggered storey; the existing top floors will be dismantled. The subject of the work to be carried out in this trade is the work of building cleaning for the 3 buildings.
