The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and without maximum for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 3 ° of the public procurement code. The public market includes:

- a share of foreseeable services concluded at global and fixed price;

- a portion of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices.

All the services to be performed are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP). The foreseeable part of services corresponds to the following services:

- systematic preventive maintenance;

- conditional preventive maintenance, implemented according to an annual schedule, including the supply and replacement of all wearing parts (systematic), all worn or defective parts (conditional) in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations;

- establishment of an on-call service (hotline) 5/7 days (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in charge in particular of the management of corrective actions excluding public holidays;

- corrective maintenance (palliative and curative): restoration of the installation following a failure including the supply of spare parts, repair of damage caused by external causes, compliance of equipment;

- replacement of batteries according to the scheduled frequency;

- user training (electricians from Rennes University Hospital).

The portion of non-programmable services corresponds to the following services:

- interventions and / or orders for parts not falling under the fixed part, triggered by order form on the basis of an estimate detailing the costs indicated in the Price Schedule (BP) according to the nature of the need: main d ' work, movement, spare parts (percentage discount).
