Provision of security and reception services, maintenance, glass and special cleaning,

of green maintenance, path and street cleaning, winter services, relocation and transport services at the DFS sites Campus Langen and Airport Tower FRA. A lot-by-lot allocation is planned.

The services are divided as follows:

Lot 1: Security and reception services, such as the operation of a security control centre, which

As a matter of principle, the tendered services can only be carried out by personnel for whom a background check (Lot 2 - 4) has been carried out in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) and the extended security check (Lot 1) in accordance with Section 9 of the Security Clearance Act.

1. Campus Langen: Operating, technical and office areas, sanitary facilities, etc. with different

DFS provides IT applications for cleaning management on the client's side (e.g.

order processing and for quality assurance), which are to be used by the contractor.

Special features for the Campus Langen location:

The Langen campus consists of 9 buildings and 2 multi-storey car parks and has a canteen and three

Cafeterias. The air traffic controllers work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so special cleaning times apply in the

Night shift for the operating rooms. In principle, cleaning is carried out in the office areas on 5/7 days (working).

1x a year the large glass cleaning (glass with frame) is carried out with a large lifting platform and, if necessary. Climbing equipment (courtyards, corporate headquarters). Special cleanings are carried out as required and appropriately commissioned.

Special features for the location of the Airport Tower FRA:

At Frankfurt Airport, the DFS property consists of two buildings, the Frankfurt North Tower and the Frankfurt North Tower.

1. Green maintenance:

Green maintenance includes, among other things, mowing the lawn, fertilizing the lawn, sweeping artificial turf, pond areas

cleaning, shrubs, ground covers, bamboo areas, riparian perennials, reed beds, hedges, green roofs

Grooming and cutting.

The green areas consist of approx. 58,500 sqm of lawn, approx. 15,000 sqm of planting beds (shrubs, ground covers,

Water areas and a small field artificial turf sports field.

2. Road and path maintenance:

On all paved areas (approx. 40,000 square meters) there is regular sweeping and cleaning work outside

and within the fenced area, including all areas (about 15,000 square meters) in the

Parking garages and underground parking.

3. Winter service:

Carrying out the winter service at the DFS Campus Langen.

Winter readiness from 15.10. to 31.03. of the following year.

Areas to be scattered/cleared: approx. 47,000 sqm.

The following applies to all 3 activities: At least 2x posts for green maintenance, road and path maintenance, winter service on 252 days with 7.5 hours. On average, 2x daily assignments for the 3 activities, in the winter half of the year approx. 6x assignments for snow removal/black ice prevention can be assumed.

Over the next 4 years, DFS intends to procure relocation and transport services within the DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH campus in Langen, as well as janitorial services at the Langen campus and Tower Airport FRA as a framework agreement. Approximately 2,500 employees work in 9 different buildings on the DFS Langen campus. DFS operates a tower and several unmanned technical sites at Tower FRA Airport.

1. Weekday execution of caretaker, transport and relocation services at the DFS Campus Langen. The task includes fixed recurring activities such as order management, tours, messenger service and seating of training rooms and order-related execution of approx. 500 internal removals and transports as well as manual activities. Most of the internal relocations take place in the corporate headquarters building with approximately 70% of the total volume, with the rest spread over the other eight buildings on campus. In the case of cross-building moves, as a rule, no furniture is moved. The required relocation services are divided into standard removals (e.g. relocation of office swivel chair, sideboards, moving boxes, IT workstation, etc.) and special services (e.g. clean-up work in the furniture warehouses, repair of furniture, ad-hoc caretaker activities). Occasional major removals and heavy transports will be announced with appropriate lead time.

For these services, 3 posts are to be planned.

2. Weekday caretaker and support activities at Tower Frankfurt and the technical locations located at Fraport. The main focus of the activities with approx. 90% are to be carried out in and around the tower. The task includes general caretaker activities according to needs and requirements, supplier and customer pick-up and accompaniment from gate 23 to the tower, control of cleaning, lighting, cleaning and refueling of company vehicles, outdoor facilities maintenance of all airport properties including snow removal at the entrances. In addition, 3 days a week, a postal trip to Tower-Langen-Tower with a car is required to transport small amounts of mail and parcels.

In addition, it must be mentioned that an apron driver's license from Fraport AG is required for activities at the airport (reaching SMR West).
