KopArt eG is a cooperative that supports its members, in particular the cities and municipalities in NRW, in procurement. In the present case, she is writing out a framework contract for company bicycle leasing for interested members. This is intended to support the positive effects of health-promoting cycling and enable municipal employees to travel to work without stress and congestion. To this end, municipal employers will in future offer them the opportunity to convert monthly fee components for the purpose of leasing bicycles suitable for road traffic in accordance with Section 63a StVZO as well as leased bicycle accessories.

Reference is made to the collective agreement for the deferred remuneration for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) from October 25, 2020 (Annex 1).

By involving the contractor, the participating KOPART members would like to give bicycles to interested employees for business and private use as part of the so-called company bicycle leasing model.

KoPart writes out a framework agreement for this purpose. A framework agreement is concluded between KoPart and the contractor on the basis of this service description and the other tender documents, which sets out the terms for all future individual leasing contracts.
