The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and expand the attractiveness of the Solewelt Bad Salzungen.
Currently, construction costs of around EUR 13.144 million (kgr. 200-600) are assumed.
Completion is scheduled for late 2024.
It is intended to commission the following services (stepwise) with this call for tenders:
Technical equipment, equipment groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8, performance phases 1-9 acc. 53 ff. HOAI.
The district town of Bad Salzungen intends to expand and expand the attractiveness of the Solewelt Bad Salzungen.
The project is divided into the following areas:
1) Attractiveness of the brine active bath:
a) providing accessibility to the brine bath (turnstiles, doors, changing rooms, showers, pool lifts);
b) Measures to improve the quality of stay (creation of versatile relaxation areas, seating and communication areas, brine steam bath, new spa facilities, multimedia systems, public address infrastructure);
c) investments to improve energy efficiency (lighting, thermal insulation, energy recovery);
d) Extension of the water surface (multi-functional pools - courses / peak load times);
e) Modernization of bathroom changing rooms (cabinet systems, floors, control systems).
2) redesign / modernization of the bathroom exterior:
a) construction of outdoor pools;
b) modernization / optimization of outdoor facilities (paths, fortified rest areas, greenery, lighting, multimedia systems, public address infrastructure, shading);
c) creation of barrier-free interfaces to the active bath;
d) Interface optimization / connection to the outside sauna area.
3) Extension / Modernization of the Prevention and Health Center:
a) Extension and expansion of additional or multifunctional treatment rooms (rooms for eg nutritional consultations, barrier-free bathing-pool practice, seminar rooms, rest rooms);
b) extension and expansion of course space capacities;
c) extension and development of course-specific outdoor areas;
d) Indication-specific expansion of the training equipment inventory (PneumoKur / group therapy).
4) Attractiveness of the indoor sauna:
a) installation / construction of a steam bath sauna;
b) Construction of a gastronomy area ("Sole-Stüble", creation of a feel-good atmosphere);
c) modernization / optimization of the lighting infrastructure;
d) Modernization / optimization of the spatial architecture (improvement of the quality of stay).
5) Adaptation of the technical equipment and the corresponding building infrastructure (basement area):
The construction costs are currently estimated at approx. EUR 13.144 million net.
The services are commissioned in stages and building sections.
First of all, in the 1st commissioning stage, the service phases 1 and 2 (basic determination and preliminary planning) are commissioned for the overall measure in accordance with § 55 HOAI. The performance phases 3-9 are retrieved in stages and building sections. A legal claim to total commission does not exist.
