The selection of suppliers for the successive supply of printed books and digital books, of the different entities adhered to the purchasing group of the CSUC, attributing the tender to the CSUC and, for the same purpose, to the possible entities that want to adhere after the bidding procedure.

Purchase on demand (continues): the supply of printed publications according to the gradual orders of universities. Universities usually place weekly or biweekly orders. The estimate may change according to needs.

- Planned purchase: the delivery of books according to a pre-established planning months in advance. The UOC, the only one that needs this service at the moment, usually places a large order every semester and then around 25 complementary orders each semester.

This category includes all types of books, monographic publications and other similar resources in digital format (except journals and subscriptions to book collections and databases), regardless of the acquisition model, the type of access to the books acquired, the simultaneity of users and the type of format.
