This Invitation to tender describes the conditions, requirements and wishes of the Contracting Authority with regard to the European procurement cleaning services and related services. This call for tenders shall be carried out in accordance with the open procedure and the award criterion of best value for money.

The Contract is reserved for SW companies in accordance with Article 2.82 of the Procurement Act 2012. The Contracting Authority requests the SW companies interested in this contract to submit a Tender and thereby compete for the award of the Contract. Other market parties that cannot be qualified as SW companies cannot tender for this tender procedure.

Through this tender, the Contracting Authority aims to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision/provision of cleaning services for an initial period of three (3) years. Contracting authority shall have a unilateral, optional extension option of seven (7) times one (1) year.

This assignment is not divided into lots. Tendering for a part of the contract is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a value of approximately € 425,000.
