A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and Annex No. 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7)of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
