project management contract for the realization of a program of 30 social rental collective housing and car parks adjoining the Domaine de Fanfarigoule (LOT n°1) in FOS SUR MER (13270)

the project management contract includes the following mission elements:

Diagnostic studies (DIAG)

Sketch studies (ESQ)

Preliminary project studies (AVP);

Project studies (PRO)

Assistance provided to the contracting authority in the award of works contracts (ACT);

Execution Studies (EXE)

Examination of conformity with the project and the visa of the implementation studies that have been carried out by the economic operators in charge of the works (VISA);

The Directorate for the Execution of Works Contracts (DET);

Assistance provided to the client during the receiving operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR) period.

The mission elements that are the subject of the project management mission are defined by articles R2431-1 and following of the Public Order Code, as well as in Annex No. 20 of the Public Order Code (Order of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical modalities of execution of project management mission elements).

Complementary mission:

The scheduling, management and coordination of the site (OPC) in accordance with Decree No. 93-1268 of 29 November 1993 and the decree of 21 December 1993.
