The stipulations of this Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP) generally concern the performance of all the services necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchens of the municipality of Ormes and their annexes. It mainly concerns:

- food supply;

- the storage of foodstuffs in existing greenhouses;

- the preparation of meals;

- distribution of meals to guests;

- various services specified in chapter V (washing dishes, cleaning of premises, etc.), as well as insurance under the conditions specified in chapter VII of the CCTP.
