The procedure is aimed at the stipulation of a contract concerning the "Insurance Consulting and Brokerage Service for the National Pension and Assistance Fund in favor of Chartered Accountants ("CNPADC")" under the conditions all expressly established in the Specification, in the descriptive and performance Technical Specifications and in the Contract Scheme.
