This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement, concluded without a minimum or maximum amount, for the performance of exceptional collection services for household and similar waste in the sectors of Poulx and La Rouvière, the purpose of which is is to replace the services provided within the framework of a management in the event of failure in order to guarantee the continuity of the public service. The services covered by the framework agreement include the actual collection and transport of the collected waste to its place of treatment. The services include the provision of equipment with driver for collection vehicles, but also the provision of staff as collection team.

This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement with order forms for the collection of household and similar waste with the provision of equipment and personnel.

The framework agreement will cover the following services:

The provision of equipment with driver of BOM type collection vehicles with PTAC <3.5 t and> 3.5 t for the collection of OMR and MRE.

The service also includes the provision of staff, as collection team members.

These services are intended to replace the services normally provided by the Nîmes Métropole public service departments, in the event of failure, and to guarantee the continuity of public service.

The services covered by the framework agreement include the actual collection and transport of the collected waste to its place of treatment.
