Procurement of the main projector for planning a new school in Maxmo church village in Vörå Municipality. Planning for total renovation of the existing school is also to be included in the mission. The chosen main projector employs its own sub-planners.

The project includes the overall planning of a new school in Maxmo church village as well as basic renovation of the existing school.

New build:

1. A building in one floor that harmonizes with the old school

2. Proposal in CLT technology

3. School for Classes 1 — 6 and Preschool

4. Dimensioned for a total of 100 — 135 pupils

5. The school shall contain the required number of classrooms and special spaces such as music hall, technical veil and gym and staff spaces

6. In the school, a cooking kitchen and dining room will be planned

7. Total utility 1 800 — 2 100 m2

8. Planning of new heating system, proposing mountain heat

Basic renovation of existing school:

1. Demolition of the addition

2. Complete renovation and possible redevelopment of interior spaces

3. Outside renovation, new panel with air column

4. Full Pipe Cleanup

5. New ventilation units and ventilation tubes

6. Renewal of electricity systems
