this consultation concerns an allotis works contract for the development of a cycle factory in REVIN (08500), by rehabilitation of the Porcher building and extension of the building. The operation concerns allotis works for the rehabilitation-construction of industrial buildings (approximately 15,000 square meters concerned, including 10,000 in rehabilitation and 5,000 in new construction). The rehabilitation-new construction works are broken down into 14 lots allocated separately to a company or an economic group because of their amount. As described in the preamble to the present, the asbestos removal/demolition and depollution batches of the plot were passed in small batches according to an adapted open procedure, in accordance with the flexibility offered by Article R. 2123-1 of the Public Order Code; That is why the present procedure concerns lots 3 to 14
