3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order
1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ
Package I – forestry: Babica and Wola Zgłobieńska1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Babica Forestry and Wola Zgłobieńska. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Package II – forestry: Cieszyn and Kozłówek;1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Cieszyn and Kozłówek Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Package III – forestry: Mating and Niebylec1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and maintenance of skidding trails, maintenance of tourist facilities and auxiliary works related to the implementation of the above-mentioned, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District in 2023 - Godowa and Niebylec Forestry. Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.

Machine harvesting of wood is permitted.
