The purpose of the procurement is to meet the County Administrative Board's need for consulting support in gender mainstreaming.
This Agreement is effective from the time it has been signed by both parties and 24 months ahead, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The maximum contract period is four (4) years, if the options are exercised, and then ends without prior notice.
The value of the current procurement is estimated at approximately SEK 500,000 per year. The County Administrative Board does not undertake to call off any fixed volume and the outcome may be lower. Please note that the scope may vary over time and may be affected by the allocation of funds.
The established ceiling volume for this agreement is SEK 2,500,000 over a contract period of four (4) years. If the ceiling volume is reached, the County Administrative Board has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect.

General description/background/purpose
The purpose of the procurement is to meet the County Administrative Board's need for consulting support in gender mainstreaming by signing a framework agreement with one (1) supplier.

Term
This Agreement is effective from the time it has been signed by both parties and 24 months ahead, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The County Administrative Board has the right to extend the agreement for one (1) year at a time two (2) times with unchanged terms, apart from any price adjustment. A decision on the extension of the agreement is notified in writing by the County Administrative Board no later than one (1) month before the end of the agreement period.
The maximum contract period is four (4) years, if the options are exercised, and then ends without prior notice.
