1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing operation, service and maintenance of the building of the European Solidarity Centre together with the adjacent area.
2. The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 121(1) of the PPL Act, reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform a key task including, m.in, activities performed by the Contractor's technical service staff. The scope of the key task and the activities to be performed by the Contractor's technical service staff are specified in detail in the provisions of Chapter I, paragraph 1 of the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the ongoing technical service, service and maintenance of the building of the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk together with the adjacent area (ECS Building), carried out around the clock every day, including public holidays. As part of the operation of machines, devices, systems and installations, the Contractor's staff is obliged to perform all maintenance, maintenance and repair activities in accordance with the documentation of the facility, instructions, technical and operational documentation and the best technical and operational knowledge for devices, installations and systems, in particular:
1) drawing up, agreeing and implementing a schedule of inspections and maintenance,
2) performing all periodic inspections of installations and devices constituting the installation equipment of the ECS Building and inspections required by law, in particular construction inspections,
3) conducting all activities related to the operation of the entire ECS Building in the field of maintenance,
4) providing the service "Emergency Number and Emergency E-Mail Address 24h/7days",
5) on-call time by qualified technical staff of the Contractor,
6) daily monitoring of the condition of the ECS Building, installations, devices and systems,
7) performing maintenance and repair works,
8) securing the consequences of occurring failures,
9) support for the Ordering Party in its activities related to the identification and removal of failures and in the damage settlement procedure,
10) support of the Ordering Party in its activities related to the enforcement of the Ordering Party's rights under the guarantee or warranty regarding the works performed,
11) technical assistance of program and commercial events carried out in the ECS Building and in its immediate vicinity,
12) management of utilities (electricity, heat, hot and cold utility water),
13) running a warehouse of consumables for maintenance and repair works,
14) preparation of reports, including detailed cyclical and on-demand reports,
15) maintaining the cleanliness of technical rooms and equipment and installations,
16) ongoing maintenance of the Construction Object Book,
specified in detail in the provisions of the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act, i.e. consisting in the repetition of similar services being the subject of this contract – through ongoing operation, service and maintenance of the building of the European Solidarity Centre together with the adjacent area, for a maximum period of another 36 months – on the terms set out in Chapter 21 of the SWZ.
