IPM GmbH is planning to have the new construction of a triple sports hall built turnkey as part of a holistic award. The scope of services includes planning and construction services for the construction of a new sports hall of the Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff-Gymnasium at Brucknerstraße 19 in Düsseldorf.
The contract to be awarded concerns planning and construction services for the construction of a new triple sports hall at Brucknerstraße 19 in Düsseldorf.
- New triple sports hall: 3,178 m² GFA
The new triple sports hall consists of a multi-storey side room wing and a triple divisible and DIN-equipped sports hall. The approx. 16 m wide adjoining room wing contains all changing rooms, showers, spectator areas, a separate gymnastics room and a technical room on the 2nd floor.
The thirds of the hall, which can be divided by dividing curtains, can be used separately and each receives its own access from the changing area and independent escape routes. Each part of the hall is 15m wide and 2 7m long. The entire hall measures 45.80 x 27.20 m, which corresponds to a usable sports area of 1,246 m². The clear height of the hall is about 7.30 m.
The building will be constructed in solid construction and will have a slightly inclined and extensively green flat roof. In detail, the hall area is covered with a substrate thickness of 8 cm and the functional area with a substrate thickness of 12 cm. In parts of the hall roof, a photovoltaic system is raised. The primary supporting structure of the hall and the functional area consists of glulam binders and precast concrete columns. Steel girders are used as roof structures above the technical room. The building has no basement.
The approximately 4 m high base of the building is clad with clinker straps. In the upper part of the building, a rear-ventilated façade made of wooden profiles is provided.
