The needs of the group of orders made up of the Vinci Autoroutes companies, namely ASF, Cofiroute, Arcour, Vinci Autoroutes Alsace and Escota, include the supply, storage and delivery of work and safety clothing to all points of the Vinci Autoroutes motorway network. The contract involves the establishment of a single-beneficiary framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount.

This call for tenders involves the supply of samples, the terms of which are described in the consultation documents.

The candidates have the obligation to propose in their offer the possible additional service described in II.2.4), which the contracting authority reserves the right to order or not when signing the contract.

Supply, storage and delivery of work and safety clothing (high visibility). As an indication and provisional, the quantities (indicative estimate) for the duration of the framework agreement (i.e. four years) are:

Family: work clothes:

- "high" work clothes (wool jacket, fleece jacket, jacket, T-shirt, eco-responsible T-shirt, sweatshirt, long-sleeved polo shirt): 17,000 pieces;

- “low” work clothes (winter pants, summer pants): 3,100 pieces;

- “accessory” work clothes (hat, cap, mitten, fenouillères, neck warmer): 5,760 pieces.

Family: safety clothing:

- “high” safety clothing (parka, lining, fleece jacket, safety vest, multi-pocket safety vest, rain jacket, T-shirt, jacket, sweatshirt, long-sleeved polo shirt): 25,700 pieces;

- "low" safety clothing (summer pants, winter pants, rain pants "): 300 pieces.

Customer inventory management family:

- “tall” clothing belonging to the customer: 2,000 pieces;

- “low” clothing belonging to the customer: 1,200 pieces;

- “accessory” clothing belonging to the customer: 1,000 pieces.

Family recovery and revaluation of used clothes:

- provision of a container for used clothing and recycling: 132 m 3 .

PSE:

- transport of the used clothing container for recycling: 132 m 3 spread over twelve sites.

The estimated value indicated in II.2.6) corresponds to the maximum need (indicative estimate multiplied by 2), over the total duration of the framework agreement.
