St Helens Borough Council, People’s Services Department, is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide care services at Heathside, Alexander Court, St Helens.

The provider is expected to provide a comprehensive and individualised support package for 7 service users with Learning Disability and/or in the St Helens Borough. The scheme will provide an alternative to an Out of Borough Supported Tenancy provision and prevent unnecessary hospital stays, providing support to enable the service user to achieve their optimum goals and care plan objectives
