BLD would like assistance with the implementation of the project Equal municipalities, which shall strengthen the work for equality between men and women in the municipalities' activities.

The project has a cost limit of 3 900 000 NOK in total including VAT over 3 years. This is divided between 400 000 NOK in 2012 and 1 750 000 NOK in 2013 and 2014 respectively.

BLD would like an option for additional procurements beyond this and a hourly rate shall be given for this. This is not an object for award.

The project shall be implemented in the period 2012-2014. The final report shall be submitted to the awarding authority by 1.4.2015 at the latest. In addition an interim report shall be submitted by 1.10.2013.

The project shall be nationwide in the form that municipalities from the whole of the country can apply for participation and resources.
