1. Supplying new/second-life special and meeting furniture for all meeting rooms, meeting rooms, canteen.
2. Placing the furniture in the designated areas including:
o The (possible) ready-to-use assembly of the furniture;
o The (possibly) setting of the furniture;
o The removal and disposal of packaging materials;
o Handing over usage, cleaning and/or maintenance instructions;
o Providing warranty according to the warranty provisions during the warranty period of 10 years;
o Providing short instruction(s) and making available digital manuals and / or video clips about the operation of the delivered furniture.
3. Supply of additional special and meeting furniture on the basis of further assignments up to the estimated order value for 24 months after the start of this agreement.
