Property planning LPH 1 - 9 engineering structures
Local construction supervision
As part of the reorganization of surface drainage on the premises of the Bertha von Suttner School, a central underground retention and seepage rigole with a storage volume of around 600 m³ is to be produced in the area of the existing visitor parking area. Rainfall water should be seeped as completely as possible via the rigole to be planned. The existing surface drainage pipes for the school grounds must be connected to the newly manufactured rigole. The existing pipes in the car park area must be rearranged and drainage connected to the rigols. Surface drainage for the extension is currently being manufactured as an interim solution with connection to the existing pipeline network. Parts of this work are expected to be carried out at the same time as the rigols to be planned are manufactured.
The object of the order is the provision of the following planning services based on HOAI 2021.
Object planning and engineering structures (§44 HOAI)
Service phases 1 - 9
Local construction supervision
If necessary: Creation of a construction-period transport concept for an interim solution of the school's visitor parking area and the organisation of the school bus stop in close proximity to the intended rigole site during construction.
