Kristiansand municipality would like tenders for the provision of trade services and material for the service and maintenance of the contracting authority's buildings. This procurement is for painters with the provision of services and material.

The contract shall be valid for 1 year, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year — or a total of 4 years if all the options for an extension are taken up.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with up to three tenderers in prioritised order, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received

Minor assignments under the framework agreement's items shall be booked continually. Call-offs will be held with mini-competitions for major assignments.

The contract includes requirements for wage and work terms, documentation and sanctions, cf. the Public Procurement Act §7, cf. the regulations on wages and work terms in public contracts, as well as requirements for the use of apprentices.
