HaLøSt is a procurement collaboration between Hamar, Løten and Stange municipalities. Stange is running the contest for this procurement. Smaller nurseries and schools require regular deliveries of grocery products for food preparation and school kitchens.

This will be an agreement for Stange. Hamar and Løten have options. 

The tender contest involves:

- Framework agreement with only one tenderer, cf. the PPR § 26-2, for the delivery of groceries to small kitchens and other entities in the municipalities that find it appropriate.
