The object of the service is a medical liability insurance according to the occurrence principle for the University Hospital Augsburg A.ö.R. for the operation of a university hospital, including the usual ancillary risks. The following are also insured:

•Klinikum Augsburg Energy Procurement & Trading GmbH

•Faculty of Medicine of the University of Augsburg

• Ethics committees of the university/university hospital

•The institutes of the university assigned to the Faculty of Medicine, even if they are not members of the company.
