The district of Weilheim-Schongau plans to rehabilitate and restructure the old site of the FOS-BOS vocational school in Weilheim.

The following 4 divisions are assumed:

1. BA: measures for general preservation,

2nd BA: Renovation of the workshop electrical and metal,

3rd BA: Integration of the Department of Physics/Biology,

4. BA: Adjustments in the area of administration/teachers.

The total cost (KG 200-700) including a risk reserve is estimated at EUR 6 020 000 million gross.

The milestones for the implementation of the project provide:

— Start of performance: October 2021,

— Start of construction: August 2022.

It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:

Property planning buildings and interiors, Lph.1-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI.

The services are ordered in stages.

First of all, the service phases 1 to 2 (basic assessment and preliminary planning) are commissioned in accordance with § 34 of the HOAI. The service phases 3 to 9 are called up in the further stages of the assignment. There is no legal entitlement to an overall assignment.
