Delivery and integration of IT devices at affiliated companies of Thüga AG as a framework agreement.

On behalf of the Thüga Group, N-ERGIE Aktiengesellschaft is writing out the bundled requirements of the associated companies of Thüga Aktiengesellschaft for hardware workstation equipment on the basis of the Sector Ordinance (SektVO). For the hardware workstation equipment (PC, notebooks, monitors as well as accessories and the associated hardware-related IT service), a new framework agreement for the eligible companies of Thüga AG is to be concluded from 1.1.2020. The requirements are to be represented by a high-performance partner.

The Thüga Group is Germany's largest network of municipal utilities. One of the principles of cooperation is to maintain autonomy and independence of the partners.

At the same time, bundling requirements and integrating into the group ensures competitiveness and future viability. In the area of procurement, the partners work closely together on the level of the Thüga Group in order to make sensible use of synergy effects.

A negotiated procedure will be carried out with an upstream competition for participation according to SektVO.

These seek to conclude a framework agreement from which all authorized Thüga investments can call up the required deliveries and services in their own name and for their own account, as well as, if necessary, via a high-performance online shop. This process must be regulated within the framework agreement with each eligible company of the Thüga Group.

The framework agreements to be concluded will be concluded with Thüga AG. The contest will select the candidates who will be admitted to the negotiated procedure.
