1. The subject of the contract is property and civil liability insurance for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2022 in the scope of:

1) for lot I of the contract: civil liability insurance, property insurance and motor vehicle insurance, excluding casco insurance for rail vehicles:

a) CPV 66.51.60.00-0 - Civil liability insurance services;

b) CPV 66.51.51.00-4, 66515400-7 - Fire and elemental fire insurance (fire and other random incidents insurance);

c) CPV 66.51.50.00-3 - Damage or loss insurance services;

d) CPV 66.51.41.10-0 - Motor vehicle insurance services, including motor vehicle insurance against civil liability;

2) for lot II of the contract: casco insurance of rail vehicles;

a) CPV 66514130-6 - Railway insurance services.

Civil liability insurance, property insurance and vehicle insurance, excluding casco insurance for rail vehicles:

- insurance of civil responsibility,

- property insurance against fire and other random events,

- property insurance against theft and robbery,

- insurance of glass and other items against breakage,

- insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

- machinery and equipment insurance against all risks,

- vehicle insurance.
