The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services that include printing, finishing, delivery of the document and, if applicable, computer graphics. Mixed framework agreement for a single service contractor with no minimum with a maximum of EUR 576,000.00 excluding VAT pursuant to Article R2162-3 of the French Public Procurement Code.
The technical specifications of the documents to be printed are specified in the price list annexed to the contract of commitment.
The Contractor undertakes to perform all the services covered by this Framework Agreement and to comply with all the regulations relating thereto
