For the performance of its duties and responsibilities, the contracting authority uses different service providers in the field of hiring flexible (ICT) labor. The contracting authority is currently purchasing this flexible (IT) workforce from various market parties, which leads to a randomness of agreements, contacts and coordination. To this end, the contracting authority wishes to invest the hiring (applications) of flexible (IT) labor force with one (1) tenderer in the sense of a broker.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a tenderer during an initial period of two (2) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of two (2) times one (1) year.
