As part of the general renovation with expansion and partial demolition of the Realschule Vilsbiburg (RSV), the planning services - outdoor facilities - will be awarded in accordance with § 39 HOAI 2021 [gradual award according to attached model contract].

The existing buildings currently offer space for 42 classes spread over 6 grades. The planning must ensure complete accessibility. According to the current state of knowledge, the advertised services mainly relate to a new building.
