1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of multimedia devices together with
installation and commissioning of the AV system in Building A of the Faculty of Electronics,
Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology and carrying out, min. 2 times in
during the year, during the warranty period, a review of the system.
2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
3. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.
4. The subject of the contract includes the delivery, assembly and configuration of devices, commissioning of the A/V system and additional services to the Ordering Party's headquarters: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, WETI A building (No. 41).

6. Offered devices must be covered by the following warranty period
36 months,
- counted from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol without comments.
7. A detailed description and requirements of the order are set out in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.
8. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of conducting an on-site inspection by the Contractor, but does not require the submission of an offer after the Contractor has carried out an on-site inspection or checked the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract:
8.1. Contractors who are interested in participating in an on-site inspection, in order to
familiarize yourself with the actual state of the current AV system and the planned
changes, they are obliged to report their willingness to participate in the on-site visit in a way
referred to in Chapter X of the SWZ, in particular points 4, 5, 7 and 8, until
29.08.2022 r.
8.2. On the date of the on-site inspection willing to participate in it contractors
be informed in the manner set out in Chapter X, points 4, 5, 7 and 8.
