- training in the design process

The expected services are support services on strategic business or information system developments:

- Support to general management, business lines, IS, for collections, analyses, reflections, orientations on all strategic topics requiring medium- and long-term decision-making such as the development of an IT master plan.

the expected services are expertise services in evaluation in IFPUG function points:

- Evaluation expertise in point of function

- Support for the measurement and use of Ifpug function points
