The subject of the contract is the successive collection of the energy fraction classified as waste with code 19 12 12, which is ballast waste of the over-sieve fraction from the sorting of mixed municipal waste with a diameter of over 80mm (baled or bulk waste), waste from the dismantling of bulky waste (waste collected in bulk), stabilizate waste after the oxygen stabilization process and sifting on a 20mm sieve with a fraction of 20-80mm (bulk collected waste). Collection of the fraction of waste covered by the order will take place from the premises of the Waste Disposal Plant in Bierków 120, 76-200 Słupsk. During the week, at least 20 collections will take place, not less than 4 collections per day of ballast and energy fraction (bale waste, clearance), with the order of acceptance being determined by the Ordering Party. The amount of waste planned for management with code 19 12 12 is - 6,000 Mg - bulk waste; 15.000 Mg - baled waste.

cd. (OPZ) The deadline for the execution of the contract is 12 months, counting from the date of award of the contract, i.e. the conclusion of the contract. Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste with code 19 12 12, the estimated amount of waste may be reduced. Therefore, the Ordering Party, in the course of the performance of the contract, reserves the right to limit the total quantity by a maximum of 30%.
