In order to achieve the procurement objective, the client plans to conclude a framework agreement for project and event services as well as catering services. The invitation to tender is made in 2 lots.

The client needs expert advice on the conception as well as support in the preparation, organization, implementation and follow-up of hybrid and digital as well as live events and programs of the Berlin districts of | Startups. On the other hand, she sometimes needs catering services for various events.

In Lot 1, advice on the appropriate event format and the development of new formats are among the required services. We are looking for a provider who can provide the desired services both in terms of content and expertise and with the necessary technical know-how and equipment.

For Lot 2, a service provider is sought who can plan the catering for different events and then supply the events with food, drinks and any necessary equipment and service personnel.

For Lot 1, we are looking for a service provider who can offer the complete thematic, content-related and organizational range of project and event management for consulting, conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of the various events and programs - both for hybrid, digital and live formats.

For Lot 2, a service provider is sought who can plan the desired catering for different types of events and then supply the events with food, drinks and any necessary equipment and service personnel.

The events differ not only in the number of participants, but also in the way the food is served and, last but not least, in its selection and quality.

The spectrum varies from snacks, finger food, breakfast buffet, culinary high-quality 3-course menus to the varied buffet. The service provider should be able to supply locations throughout Berlin and supply guests on site.
