1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law, for the purposes of operation of buildings used by organizational units of local government units listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and street lighting.

2. The contracting authority shall allow partial bids to be submitted. The contractor may submit a bid for any number of lots of his choice, i.e. for:

Part I of the contract - purchase of electricity for buildings and facilities of the Commune and its organizational units /schools/.

Part II of the contract – purchase of electricity for street lighting for the Stargard Commune.

Part II of the contract – purchase of electricity for street lighting for the Stargard Commune.
