2. In part 1 – The subject of the contract is to provide promotional materials made of ecological materials for the eco-Małopolska project. As part of the order, the following will be prepared for the Ordering Party and delivered: bamboo phone stands (tablet), wooden kaleidoscopes, spiral notebooks, beach/cotton bags (mesh), ecological travel mugs 350 ml, pencils with ruler, baseball caps, jute bags, bamboo pens, cotton backpacks, RPET bottles, growing pencils with seeds, cotton lanyards, coloring pages, mandala, 12 crayons included, graffiti chalks, windproof RPET manual umbrellas, folding, tic-tac-toe games, jenga, cotton skipping ropes.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1C to the CMS for the first part.

4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract, Annex 1E to the SWZ for the first part.

4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract – model contract, Annex 1F to the SWZ for the second part.

5. The order concerns the EkoMałopolska project, not co-financed by the European Union.
