1.The subject matter of the contract is the provision of public utility transport, in road transport, on the routes described in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract attached to this procedure.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:

Part I. includes the routes a) Zabłotce-Budzyń through Nienowice, the length of the line is 40 km.,b) Budzyń – Ostrów via Korczowa, Młyny, Zaleska Wola, Piaski, Duńkowice, Radymno, the length of the route is 48 km, c) Chotyniec – Ostrów via Łazy, the length of the route is 30 km, d) Sośnica Brzeg – Ostrów via Nienowice, Grabowiec, the length of the route is 26 km;

Part II includes the following routes: Sośnica – Święte – Ostrów with a length of 9.9 km;

III part II includes routes; a) Łazy ''Church'' – Łazy ''Osiedle'' – Ostrów – length of the route 10 km, b) Chotyniec ''Church'' – Nienowice – Duńkowice – Ostrów 24 km.
