The subject is a comprehensive supply of electricity (supply of electricity together with a distribution service) to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract The demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is: 546 865 kWh (change in the amount of energy during the term of the contract +/- 163 432 kWh).

1. The subject is a comprehensive supply of electricity (supply of electricity together with a distribution service) to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – detailed description of the subject of the contract The demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is: 546 865 kWh (change in the amount of energy during the term of the contract +/- 163 432 kWh).

2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1873, as amended). Other conditions regarding the implementation of the contract are set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Important provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract "Comprehensive supply of electricity with distribution service to the Municipality of Radymno in the period from 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023."

3. Comprehensive supply of electricity will take place under the conditions set out in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in accordance with the implementing provisions issued to this Act, in particular with the quality standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in electricity trading and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21 August 2008 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system. The above provisions concern the method of calculation, settlement and quality parameters of the supplied electricity.

4. Requirements for the Contractor:

1) The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor has current contracts concluded with the transmission network operator (DSO) for the transmission of energy, as well as with the DSO operator competent for the Ordering Party for the provision of distribution services,

2) The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor selected in the proceedings a power of attorney to:

a) notifying the relevant Distribution System Operator about the conclusion of a comprehensive electricity agreement and about the planned date of commencement of the provision of the comprehensive electricity service;

b) submitting a statement on the termination of existing comprehensive agreements (sale of electricity and provision of distribution services);

c) representing the Ordering Party in contacts with the existing Electricity Seller or the Distribution System Operator in matters related to the process of changing the Seller applies to the points included in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement.

5. Existing comprehensive electricity contracts with the existing electricity seller for electricity consumption points included in Annex 1 to the SWZ are concluded for a definite period. A detailed description for each of the PPE points can be found in the column "Duration of the current contract/notice period".

5 A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifies
