1. The subject of the contract - divided into 3 lots - is the provision of inland waterway transport services in the form of ferry crossings in the following locations:
a) part 1 (one ferry) Czerniakowski Promontory (floating pier) - Saska Kępa (beach) approx. 511 km of the Vistula;
b) part 2 (one ferry) Grzymała Siedlecki Boulevard (waterfront) – National Stadium (beach) approx. 512 km of the Vistula;
c) part 3 (one ferry) Podzamcze Fountains (floating pier) – ZOO (beach) approx. 515 km of the Vistula.
2. During the contract completion period, the Ordering Party provides for the order of 2042 cruises / +30 flights.
3. Services are to be provided in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (Chapter VI SWZ) and the draft provisions of the contract together with attachments.
