Description:

This call for tenders aimed to provide three European Joint Undertakings focusing on smarter, greener transport (Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking; Europe's Rail Joint Undertaking; and SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking) with external support related to strategic communications, editorial support and graphic design, digital communications, organisation of events and web-services.

Strategy, Editorial, Media, Press, and Publications

The contracting authority was looking for an external service provider to support it with a publication of different communications material such as brochures, magazines, reports, posters, press releases, infographics as well as to help it to develop strategic messages, while targeting a specific audience.

Digital Communications

The contracting authority was looking for an external service provider to support it in a development of a range of digital communications. These may include apps, short animations, and videos, as well as web-based products and audio-visual materials for onsite and virtual events.

Events

The contracting authority was looking for an external service provider to support it with an organisation of events, including press conferences and trips, trade fair exhibitions, large stakeholder conferences, workshops, staff team building activities, etc.

Web-services

The contracting authority was looking for an external service provider to support it in a range of web services including websites maintenance as well as to assist it in the development of online communication tools.
