It is envisaged that accommodation management services will be awarded for the following refugee accommodations, divided into three corresponding lots:

1)Unterschleissheim, Siemensstr. 1,

2)Haar, Hans-Pinsel-Str. 2-3 and Brunnerstr. 25, 27 and 29,

3)Garching, Echinger Weg 30 and 30a,

The Free State of Bavaria operates these refugee shelters and is represented by the Munich District Office. The contractor of the respective lot takes over the administration of the client's loose accommodation (refugee accommodation) and the care of the accommodated persons as well as the operation of an information and service point for the client. The persons to be accommodated in the refugee accommodation can be asylum seekers entitled to benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG), refugees entitled to benefits under Section 24 of the Residence Act and persons whose asylum procedure has already been approved by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), as well as their family members.

Accommodation management for refugee accommodation - Unterschleissheim, Siemensstr. 1 (with 317 places)

The contractor of the respective lot takes over the administration of the client's loose accommodation (refugee accommodation) and the care of the accommodated persons as well as the operation of an information and service point according to the following specifications:

-Objektverwaltung

-Zimmerverwaltung

-Bewohnerverwaltung

-Administration

In accordance with this service description, the contractor shall take over the management of the loose accommodations. The employees employed by the Contractor are hereinafter also referred to as Accommodation Managers ("UL").

The persons to be accommodated in the refugee accommodation can be asylum seekers entitled to benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG), refugees entitled to benefits under Section 24 of the Residence Act and persons whose asylum procedure has already been approved by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), as well as their family members.

The operator of the refugee accommodation is the Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Munich District Office.

The contractor of the respective lot takes over the administration of the client's loose accommodation (refugee accommodation) and the care of the accommodated persons as well as the operation of an information and service point according to the following specifications:
