The municipality of Liedo asks for a fixed price offer for the construction services of the new central school in Liedo (c. 6000brm2) including construction, site control, planning guidance (1 person resource), plumbing and electrical control/design guidance (1+1 person resource) and cost planning /- tasks of monitoring, occupational safety and humidity management coordinator.

A new central school (n, 6000 brm2) will be built next to the current central school building on the site of existing townhouses (demolition as its own chore). The current old central school will be demolished as its own chore after the new school is completed and a new school car park will be built in its place. A separate central school workshop building (n.700 brm2) will be repaired as its own chore.
