or € 10,000,000.00 for works;
or €. 500,000.00 for security charges.
The cost of labour included in the cost of the works is € 4,995,000.00.

Methods of awarding lots:
In the event that the same economic operator is first in the ranking of both lots:
• in the event that more than one bid is received in Lot 2, it will be awarded only in Lot 1 while Lot 2 will be awarded to the economic operator next in the ranking for Lot 2;
• in the event that only one bid is received in Lot 2 and several bids in Lot 1, only Lot 2 will be awarded while Lot 1 will be awarded to the next economic operator in the ranking for Lot 1;
• in the event that only one bid is received in Lot 1 and only one bid in Lot 2, he/she will be awarded both lots.
