Leipzig University Hospital intends to upgrade and expand the infrastructure of the data network across the entire campus on Liebigstraße. Construction phase 2 includes 16 of them buildings. The cabling required for this is routed on existing routes and cable paths to be installed. Each building is powered by 2 redundant UPS systems. These have to be set up and put into operation. The necessary supply lines from the GHV and leads to the floor distribution boards must be installed. The medical operation must not be affected during execution. The construction works take place in parallel construction phase, room and building style.

The following services shall be provided in large quantities:

— Supply and install UPS systems with all necessary components:

—— 1 pc. 8 kW,

—— 13 pcs. 20 kW,

—— 6 pcs 40 kW,

—— 4 pcs 60 kW,

— supply and install low-voltage sub-distributors complete with all necessary components for previously stationary UPS systems,

— open and close laying systems (cable trays, electrical conduits,...), and make new installation systems (approx. 4,500 m in all buildings)

— set up steigers for new occupancy (approx. 300 m in all buildings),

— Open, close and rebuild fire bulkheads (approx. 1,500 pcs in all buildings).
